About The Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive talent to assist the FBS Commercial Team with essential operational tasks. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of processes related to FBS seller onboarding and offboarding, DO creation, inbound planning, RTS process, and the preparation of Charging and Compensation Reports.

Job Description

  • Support the FBS seller onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Create and manage Delivery Orders (DO).
  • Coordinate inbound planning to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and reconcile all FBS supplier-warehouse disputes.
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot logistics-related issues and liaise with the technical team in resolving them.
  • Oversee the Return-to-Seller (RTS) process.
  • Prepare Charging Reports and Compensation Reports with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related discipline with/or 1 to 2 years of experience in business operational role or stakeholder management role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good time management with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools is a must.
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations support is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
