1. Taking off Quantity, prepare tender and quotation review, material sourcing, etc.
2. Work progress claim, VO, etc.
3. Prepare payment certificate for sub-contractor's claim.
4. Prepare progress claim and other project cost admin works.
5. Prepare Final Account.
6. To liaise with Project Consultants on cost issues.
1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
2. Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
3. Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
4. Fresh graduate in Quantity Survey will be considered.
5. Salary will be based on qualification & experience.
6. Proficient in computer skill is required ( Excel, Word, Project Manager, etc. )
