Responsibilities
- Meet supervisors and department heads to understand the needs across the company.
- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
- Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders and update records accordingly.
- Work closely with accounting department on issuing and filing Purchasing Orders, Delivery Orders etc.
- Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other relevant.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years experience.
- Organised, systematic, and attentive to details.
- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
