KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Lead and expand client portfolios, driving both organic and new business growth.
  • Develop data-driven media strategies that deliver real business impact.
  • Be the go-to strategic advisor for clients, using Mediabrands’ proprietary planning tools.
  • Collaborate with Kinesso, MBCS, and other teams to create next-level marketing solutions.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure flawless execution of all media campaigns—on time and on budget.
  • Track spending, revenue projections, and P&L performance.
  • Manage contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and financial documentation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively adapt strategies.

New Business & Revenue Growth

  • Lead high-conversion pitches and uncover fresh revenue opportunities.
  • Champion integrated media solutions beyond traditional media.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing media team.
  • Provide ongoing training and career development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Drive award-winning, breakthrough campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong client partnerships.
  • Align client goals with cutting-edge media strategies.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • 15+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising.
  • Deep expertise in cross-channel media planning.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale business portfolios
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with media planning tools (Nielsen, DTAM, GWI, YouGov, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for digital transformation and industry trends.
