    Public Relations and Brand Marketing Manager

    Job Description (Public Relations):

    • Manage and maintain the company’s image and reputation through strategic communication.
    • Build relationships with media outlets, influencers/KOL for promoting special events or new products.
    • Manage inquiries and provide accurate information to media outlets and customers.
    • Write press releases about new menu items, special promotions, and café updates.
    • Monitor online reviews and feedback on platforms like Google and the company website, addressing customer feedback promptly.
    • Work closely with the marketing and social media team to produce effective marketing materials.

      Job Description (Brand Marketing Manager):

      • Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and online traffic.
      • Work closely with the social media executive to produce multimedia content on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Red Note).
      • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
      • Plan social media campaigns every quarter and assist in launching new or seasonal products across social media platforms, including the company’s website.
      • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing and public relations materials.
      • Monitor performance metrics to analyze ROI and optimize campaigns.
      • Track and report digital marketing KPIs to stakeholders.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing/digital marketing (min. 3 years, preferably in the F&B/café industry).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, algorithms, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web content ranking.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and branding.
  • Strong photography and videography skills would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent design/video editing software like Canva/CapCut.
  • Familiar with website content management systems like WordPress, SEO principles, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and promoting events, both online and offline.
  • Individuals who are proficient in English and Mandarin are preferred.
  • Have own transport and able to travel between all our 3 outlets.

    Work Location:

    • Mostly in Kulai
    • May need to travel to Eco Botanic/Austin depending on work

      Work Schedule:

      • Monday to Friday
      • 8am to 6pm (1 HR break time)
