Job Description

  • Work Permit Renewal and Compliance: Oversee the annual renewal process of work permits for foreign workers, including contract renewals, FOMEMA check-ups, insurance purchases, and passport renewals. Ensure all renewals are completed accurately and on time, in compliance with immigration laws.
  • Immigration Law and Procedure: Maintain a thorough understanding of immigration laws and procedures for foreign workers, ensuring the company remains fully compliant.
  • Repatriation and Holiday Arrangements: Coordinate the repatriation and holiday arrangements for foreign workers, including air ticket bookings, check-out memos, and special passes, ensuring all processes align with company policies.
  • Emergency Response and Support: Attend to any emergency matters involving foreign workers, such as accidents or hospitalizations, providing necessary support and assistance.
  • Hostel Management: Manage foreign workers' accommodation, including monthly inspections and addressing maintenance issues. Ensure the living conditions meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Locker Management: Oversee locker assignments for foreign workers, maintaining an up-to-date master listing and monitoring any changes or movements of workers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in human resources management with a focus on foreign worker management and immigration compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures for foreign workers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, providing support to foreign workers as needed.
