Job Responsibility
- Handling full set accounts ( including AR / AP / GL / Cash Book )
- To handle daily accounting functions & monthly closing activities including preparation & processing of month end journals ( Management Accounts & Financial report )
- Perform monthly accounts verification & reconciliation ( including banks, customers, suppliers statements & others )
- Liaise with bankers, external statutory auditors , tax agents
- To ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements and prepare audit schedule
- To review tax computation and ensure appropriate provision, estimation and tax submission including SST_ Malaysia
- To ensure all suppliers invoices are properly verify, timely accounted & accurate payment
- Undertake other and ad-hoc assignment with ability of multi-task and manage a varied workload
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy
- At least 3 -5 years working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Preferable candidate with manufacturing background
- Strong analytical and planning skills as well as problem solving with strong financial judgement
- Able to work independently, dedicated, hardworking, willing to learn, flexible, adaptable, work under pressure and takes initiatives
- Computer literary especially in Microsoft Office Applications, strong accounting knowledge and familiar with computerized accounting system
- Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin ( in order to liaise with the Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin speaking associates )
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm (Alternate for Saturday)
