Scope of Work:

  • Digital Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish clear targets for campaign success.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer groups.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Perform A/B testing, and other tests to improve campaign results.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably from advertising agencies, FMCG, Telco, Ecommerce.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
