Responsibilities: 1. Support Sales Manager and Sales Accounts Manager to handle sales enquiries and quotations for domestic or overseas 2. Handle sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders. 3. Assist in sales and marketing activities and handling of accounts receivables. 4.Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function 5. Oversees workflow of all business processing to support and direct the sales department. 6. Initiates and tracks order to completion. 7. Assist in the hiring process. 8. Involve /conduct Sales Quotation Training. 9. Review and study tender document before submission 10. Compute Bill of quantity on project layout, tender, cost calculation and co-ordinate with designer on the perspective drawing for price quotation. 11. Assist in office management in needed. 12. Follow up on the project status and close order 13. Any ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design or any other discipline Minimum 1 working experience in the office furniture industry Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided 1 position vacant for national sales
