Data Governance framework Data approvals and controls Trusted Source Adoption Data Analysis Party Data Client Static Data Standard Settlement Instructions Other Reference Data The Opportunity: An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Business Analyst (GCB 5)to support the Change lead in the execution of strategy across data domains to drive consumer adoptions to trusted source, managing a book of work supporting multiple consumers across the Bank. The role of the Lead Business Analyst is to shape and support the identify and manage Business User Stories through the Agile Project Lifecycle, to allow the Programme to meeting short term project goals, as well as longer term its strategic goals in the Client Reference Data. 1. Conduct “As Is” and Future State process mapping associated with the delivery of functionality into Global Operational departments. 2. Write, maintain, and reconcile User Stories to DataOPS Service Stakeholders and Consumers. 3. Operational checks on all processes above, collating and reporting feedback where required. 4. Perform User Acceptance Testing including developing testing scripts, activities to support the global team. 5. Liaise with IT to capture functional and define Business Non-Functional User Stories. 6. Comfortable integrating/reconciliation of large Reference Data sets to ensure data quality is in line with data consumers expectations. 7. Form part of a team responsible for collating and reporting on high quality, informative Management Information for presentation at up to including Executive level. 8. Assist with future training of the role to new and existing team members where required, as well as contributing to the maintenance and updates to key procedure documentation. 9. Provide Pod/Team leaderships on specific tasks relating to the above processes when required. 10. Supporting the business in determining what they “want” and “need”. 11. Providing analysis capabilities to determine the “what” and “how”. 12. Core project and programme capability, including IT relationships. 13. Contributing to the management of project and programme artefacts (plans, RAID, etc). Must be able to fully understand Cantonese or Mandarin. Must have exposure to working with the business Strong command in English language with clear articulation as the role requires to liaise directly with the senior stakeholders.
