i. Provide full spectrum of customer service support to customers. ii. Resolve any enquiries/complaints effectively via calls/emails/instant messages etc, in a timely and efficient manner, to ensure that a best-in-class customer service experience is delivered iii. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide solutions to customer issues. iv.
