Job Summary
To devise and execute effective Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve project’s Business Plan goals.
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out market research, competitor analysis and leads profiling to supplement business decisions.
- To work closely with Architects and artist renderers to develop computer generated images (CGIs) related to the project
- To brief and manage creative agencies on development of A&P materials related to project and products.
- To assist in development of project website and ongoing social media management
- To plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition etc to deliver sales target.
- To assist on any other works relating to marketing & sales functions such as but not limited to management reporting, liaison with agencies/suppliers/solicitors/bankers/authorities
- To undertake necessary application or renewal of Developer’s License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permit (AP) and maintain up to date reporting adhering to authority requirements. Eg. HIMS and others.
- To comply, adhere to and execute all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- To coordinate inter/intra-department and external work flow in order to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in English & BM (oral and written).
- At least 5 years experience in similar role.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good working knowledge of property marketing.
