Job Responsibilities
- To carry out duty on maintenance work on air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system and mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance work as per schedule on air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system and mechanical equipments.
- To carry out duty on modification and installation of air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system and mechanical equipment.
- Reinstate premises after tenant check out and monitor the fitting out during renovation on air-conditioning system.
- Attend to emergency breakdown of air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system and mechanical equipment immediately upon receipt of information prior to maintenance work order.
- To carry out routine and non-routine inspection on air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system and mechanical equipment. Carries out maintenance works for repair of fridge, oven, cooker-hood, water-heaters (calorifier), electrical, plumbing and sanitation, fire protection and other building maintenance work i.e. (Wallpaper) wall covering, silicon works, tiling, carpeting and iron monger.
- Performs duties on R&M Programmer as scheduled to upkeep building furnishing and all related work on building furnishings.
- Offer maintenance and repairs to public areas, guestrooms and administrators office buildings.
- Always keep the working areas clean and tidy, including store.
- All activity must be reported to Supervisor to be written in shift log book, and highlight the important.
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Interested in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and work in a challenging environment.
- Basic knowledge of machinery, equipment, and maintenance systems is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work within deadlines.
- Willing to work according to schedules and on-site tasks.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
