- Liaise between China and Malaysia warehouses for order coordination.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics updates.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
- Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum SPM or above qualification.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication.
- Prior experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Basic Salary RM2,500-RM3,500 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS
