  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Tax Assistance:

  • Assist in preparing and tax estimation (CP204) , and draft tax computation.
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations and timely payments.

Payroll

  • Preparation of monthly payroll and statutory payment.

SST

  • Preparation of SST return.

Ad-hoc Matters

  • To attend to any kind of ad-hoc matters related to financial statement.
  • Candidate must possess minimum Degree in Accounting or professional qualification. Preferably with professional accounting body ( PA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malaysia language – both written and spoken.
  • CTIM/MIA member is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • With at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in overall areas in Account
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills
  • Organised, meticulous and particular in meeting deadlines
  • Well verse in IT and Accounting systems, XERO, SQL, AUTOCOUNT, etc.
