行政相关:

• 负责日常行政事务,如文件整理、采购办公用品、处理邮件、安排会议等;

• 维护和管理公司文件、合同及相关记录;

• 协助管理人事事务,如考勤记录、工资单准备等。

财务/会计相关:

• 处理公司基本的账务,包括开具发票、记录应收/应付款项、管理日常现金流等;

• 协助编制财务报表,如损益表、资产负债表等;

• 负责核对供应商和客户的账目,并进行结算;

• 协助进行税务申报,如 SST 申报

Requirements for administrative accounting positions:

College degree or above, finance, accounting, administrative management and other related majors are preferred;

Familiar with basic financial knowledge and understand the basic accounting system in Malaysia;

Master administrative management skills and be able to complete daily administrative affairs independently;

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial software (such as SQL, AutoCount, Xero, etc.);

Work carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have good communication and coordination skills;

Master Chinese and Malay, and English is preferred.
