- Master proficiently the commonly used engineering quantity calculation rules and pricing methods locally, be able to accurately prepare budget and settlement documents for civil engineering projects, and ensure the accuracy of data; be proficient in at least one of the commonly used cost management software in the engineering field in Malaysia.
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to cooperate efficiently with team members from different departments and with different backgrounds, as well as external partners; have a rigorous work attitude, pay attention to details, be sensitive to data, have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to withstand pressure, and be able to ensure work quality in a tight project schedule and a complex working environment; have good learning ability and adaptability, be able to keep abreast of industry trends and policy changes in a timely manner, and provide professional support and suggestions for projects.
- Hold Malaysian nationality or long-term residency rights, be familiar with the local construction market and business environment in Malaysia, and have more than 2 years of relevant work experience in engineering business budgeting in Malaysia. Have an in-depth understanding of local engineering industry norms, standards and processes.
- Have a college degree or above, majoring in engineering cost, construction economic management, civil engineering and other related majors, and possess a solid professional theoretical foundation.
- Be responsible for matters such as communication, coordination and interaction between the project and local personnel. Those who can proficiently use Mandarin and English for daily communication will be given priority.
Overtime pay will be calculated separately, and there will be subsidies for holidays.
