1. Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work
2. Control food stocks and food cost in your section
3. Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
4. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
5. Prepare the daily mis-en-place for all the pastry/bakery kitchen’s productions
6. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
· Diploma in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent vocational training certificate
· Fresh graduate in Pastry & Bakery are welcome
· At least 1 year(s) working experiences in related field.
Skills:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Pleasant personality.
· Excellent in follow up and detailed oriented.
· Willing to work early shift, weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
