The Club Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club lounge, ensuring a premium and exclusive experience for guests. This role focuses on delivering personalized service, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining the lounge’s ambience and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized and attentive service to all club lounge guests.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge, including food and beverage service, cleanliness, and guest engagement.
Train and lead the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
Handle guest feedback and address any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with departments to cater to special guest requests and maintain seamless service.
Monitor inventory and manage operational costs to align with the budget.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage management, ideally in a premium setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to providing personalized and memorable guest experiences.
