  • Manage full cycles of recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks
  • Preparing the HR letter such as Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Resignation Letter etc.
  • Arrange the contract renewal for the existing employee, if any.
  • Upkeep employee personal file.
  • Preparing Manpower Report and Staff Turnover Report.
  • Upkeep of recruitment resources summary list.

2. Compensation and Benefit

  • Renewal of related employees and foreign worker CIDB and handling of CIDB claim.
  • Responsible of Staff insurance claim and medical claim matters.
  • Handling of staff benefits application.

3. Training

  • Monitoring the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
  • Coordinate the training process flow.
  • Monitoring the Training Effectiveness and upkeep personal training record.
  • Developing effective induction programs.
  • Conduct Induction program for new hired.
  • Ensure Company comply with HR Quality Objective and SOP.
  • Responsible to monitor the HRDF claim and ensure fully utilize the HRDF funds.

4. Industrial Relations

  • Handling the staff grievances & disciplinary issue.
  • Preparing for Staff Disciplinary Letter.
  • Assist superior to conduct Domestic Inquiry.

5. Foreign Workers Administrative

  • Monitoring and handling the workers FOMEMA and permit renewal.
  • Handling the workers termination or resignation process.
  • Familiar with the immigration procedures.

6. Audit

  • Ensure HRA documentations ready to audit and compliance of all related SOP.
  • Assist the HR Manager on Audit matter such as to be audited by IMS auditor and company internal auditor.

7. Others

  • General Insurance Renewal and claim.
  • Liaise with MEF and MBAM including membership renewal.
  • Participate on Company event organizing.
  • Verifying the supplier invoices and ensure on time submit to Finance for payment.
  • Support and back up HRA team members whenever is required.
  • Duty at Reception counter when is required.
  • Carries out any other duties as required by the superior from time to time.
