  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in the setup, configuration and installation of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues under the guidance of IT supervisor.

Perform routine maintenance on hardware components, such as cleaning, upgrading and replacing parts.

Assist in inventory management by tracking, labeling, and organizing hardware assets.

Support IT staff with the assembly and disassembly of computer systems for diagnostics or upgrades.

Learn and apply company protocols for data protection when handling hardware.

Collaboration with the IT team on hardware lifecycle management, including the disposal or recycling of obsolete equipment.

Aid in troubleshooting network connectivity issues related to physical hardware components.

Support IT staff in deploying hardware for new users or departments, including configuration and setup.

Perform any ad hoc assignments given by the superior.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Minimum Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent ;

Preferable duration for an internship at least 6 months

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM400.00 - RM600.00 per month
