  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The warehouse supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the store or warehouse, ensuring proper handling, storage, and issuance of goods, materials, and supplies. They play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely replenishment, and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards.

  • Prepare and ensure accuracy and timely for each order.
  • Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse operator.
  • Monitoring warehouse operation efficiency by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules.
  • Lead and manage operation team and coordinate with other team to ensure order fullfill and delivery smoothly
  • Execute and report the tasks assign from superior.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity against purchase orders.
  • Record and document all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Ensure proper labelling and organization of received goods.
  • Organize goods in a proper and easily accessible manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage and warehouse area.
  • Implement proper handling and FIFO, FEFO practices to reduce disposal.
  • Maintain detailed logs of inventory transactions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on stock levels and movement.
  • Update inventory management reports or manual logs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards in storage and handling.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management.
  • Conduct routine checks to identify and address risks or hazards.
  • Execute and report the task that assign by superior.

Preferable with experience in supply chain operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of operation process flow

Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
