  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or higher; candidates with a background in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing, including online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist in marketing campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, with skills in data analysis and market research.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
  • Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.

Responsibilities1. Marketing Promotion & Event Support

  • Assist in planning, executing, and following up on marketing campaigns, such as exhibitions, promotions, and online advertising.
  • Prepare and organize marketing materials, including posters, brochures, and social media content.
  • Maintain and update the company’s social media accounts to enhance brand visibility.

2. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to gather industry trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.
  • Assist in analyzing market data and preparing reports to support marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and propose innovative marketing ideas.

3. Customer Management & Communication

  • Assist in maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Help manage customer feedback and relay relevant information to related departments.
  • Assist in managing customer databases and follow up on potential clients.

4. Administrative & Documentation Work

  • Handle daily administrative tasks in the marketing department, such as organizing files, data entry, and assisting in reports.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to marketing activities.
  • Support budget management to ensure the proper allocation of marketing funds.
