Requirements

Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.

Minimum Diploma qualification or higher; candidates with accounting or finance experience are preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL) is an advantage.

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Financial Record Management:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and transaction data.

Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents.

Perform daily data entry and update financial databases.

Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:

Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.

Ensure timely payments to suppliers and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.

Financial Reporting & Support:

Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.

Support the finance team in budget planning and financial analysis.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Tax & Compliance Support:

Assist in preparing tax filings, SST submissions, and other financial regulations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and accounting standards.

Administrative Support:

Handle accounting-related paperwork and filing.

Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Coordinate with other departments on finance-related matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
