How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all VIP customers claims inquiry especially special task force on claims project (eg. Shopee, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage & Resolve Claims Dispute Matters (if Any)
  • Carrying out an investigation with stakeholders (internal & external) for resolution.
  • Inputting Claims Data - Claims Module (AMIS)
  • Determine responsible party to be charged (reversal claims amount to responsible party)
  • Preparing Daily, weekly & monthly report
  • Liase with relevant parties , both internal & external to ensure timely efficient and effective course of action.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (excel / word etc).
  • Analysis & Problem solving skill.
  • Communication skill.
  • Industry Knowledge - Understanding core process in claims .
  • Previous Working Experience in claim process audit is an added advantage.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6:30pm (1 hour30min break)
