Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR) Support:
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Handle staff onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., induction, documentation).
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance records.
- Assist in handling employee benefits, leave management, and claims.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR and admin-related records.
- Any ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply).
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software or payroll systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
