Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Support:

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Handle staff onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., induction, documentation).
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance records.
  • Assist in handling employee benefits, leave management, and claims.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR and admin-related records.
  • Any ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply).
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR software or payroll systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
