Aircond Service Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum tailored to different levels of expertise.
- Demonstrate hands-on techniques for installing, repairing, and servicing air conditioning units, emphasizing safety protocols and best practices.
- Create or update onboarding programs for new staff members (induction, in house, upskill and reskill), liaise with Human Resource and Management
- Evaluate participant progress and performance through assessments, practical exercises, and knowledge checks, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with management teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and operational needs, contributing to the professional development of team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role with a specialization in air conditioning systems.
- Deep understanding of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and system diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- No age limit or academic qualification limit.
