Customer Service Coordinator
Responsibility:
a) Responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone or emails and creating quotations for spare parts and services upon customer request.
b) Responsible for creating Sales Order for spare part and services provided upon receive customer confirmation of order.
c) Responsible for preparing testing and commissioning (TNC) & planned preventive maintenance (PPM) documents after received confirmation from customer / sales personnel.
d) Responsible for preparing service order form and parts for technician to attend customer complaint and follow up with customer after servicing.
e) Responsible for purchase requisition of parts according to the sales order.
f) Liaise with warehouse department on the inventories and delivery status of orders.
g) Liaise with production department on products which needed repairing.
h) To perform any assignments in relation to customer service.
i) Responsible for clerical work related to servicing / sales & marketing functions.
j) To communicate with customers on the delivery timeline of orders.
k) Implement and maintain QMS, in accordance to ISO9001/ EN ISO 13485.
Requirements:
a) Min SPM with at least 1 year working experience.
b) Able to communicate, read and write in BM, English.
c) Own transportation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
