Job Summary:
Responsible to independently manage end-to-end expatriate operations, ensuring compliance with global directives, international assignment models, tax regulations, and visa / immigration requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Expatriate & Vendor Management
o Independently manage expatriate operations, from onboarding to repatriation, ensuring seamless execution.
o Oversee vendor management, ensuring service quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
o Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams (Payroll, Tax, HRIT, Legal) and external service providers.
- Visa & Immigration Compliance
o Oversee and manage work permits, visa applications, renewals, and immigration compliance.
o Ensure all mobility operations comply with immigration laws, labor regulations, and expatriate taxation.
o Act as the primary contact for immigration authorities and external visa service providers.
o Monitor and implement changes in immigration policies that impact expatriates.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence
o Ensure mobility operations align with global directives, international assignment models, and country-specific policies.
o Maintain compliance with social security requirements, tax obligations, and legal regulations.
o Provide guidance on cost-effective expatriate management, balancing financial controls and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Problem-Solving
o Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, business leaders, and expatriates, resolving mobility related queries and challenges.
o Independently handle complex expatriate cases, offering process-driven solutions.
o Enhance expatriate experience through clear communication and seamless service execution.
- Process Optimization & Growth
o Continuously identify and implement improvements in mobility operations, visa processes, cost control, and service efficiency.
o Develop expertise in process standardization and process management to enhance operational excellence.
o Grow into a full Country Process Expert within 2–3 years, taking on greater ownership of mobility frameworks and policies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- More than 3 years in International Mobility, Global Mobility, HR Shared Services, or a related field.
- Proven ability to independently manage expatriate operations, including visa processing and immigration compliance.
- Strong foundation in mobility frameworks, tax compliance, vendor coordination, and process improvement.
- Eager to develop into a full Country Process Expert within 2–3 years.
- Strong understanding of expatriate taxation, immigration laws, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience handling visa applications, renewals, and work permits.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP or similar HRIS).
- Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
