Position Summary: The housekeeper is responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the resort. This leadership role involves managing a team of housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory and budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. PRIMARY REPONSIBILITIES 2.1 To ensure that all Housekeeping staff adhere to company policies and procedures and minimum standards for housekeeping operations as established. 2.2 To monitor room standards in each type of room and to take corrective action where appropriate. 2.3 To plan and develop the standard specifications for all rooms setting. 2.4 To ensure works consistency in quality. 2.5 To ensure the accurate maintenance of defect rooms data. 2.6 To diligently conduct training for the staff in accordance to the Annual Training Plan established. 2.7 To provide courteous and professional services at all times. 2.8 To ensure that all employees maintain a high standard of appearance and hygiene at all times.
