- Perform administrative duties, including tracking overtime and attendance records, issuing uniforms and safety shoes, and preparing workers' allowances.
- Act as a document controller for production-related documentation.
- Update HDC and E processing for LGM as required.
- Generate and maintain relevant reports to assist in production management.
- Manage and control stock levels in the production area, ensuring accurate inventory across all related departments.
- Prepare Store Requisition Forms for all production items needed.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by management or immediate supervisors as necessary.
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 5 days working in a week
