  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Public Address, and Data Networks.
  • Perform structured cabling installation, including fiber optic and copper cabling.
  • Ensure proper mounting and positioning of equipment, racks, and panels.
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
  • Diagnose faults and repair defective components, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Respond to service requests and emergency calls for system failures.
  • Conduct system testing and commissioning according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Verify system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality assurance checks.
  • Work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure proper system integration.
  • Follow safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry best practices for ELV system installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and system upgrades.
  • Provide reports on system performance, faults, and completed tasks.
  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance procedures

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS, or Structured Cabling are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with ELV systems installation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and Data Networks.
  • Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ELV system installation and maintenance.
  • Experience working on construction sites, commercial buildings, or industrial projects is an advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
