Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator cum HR professional to manage our office operations, human resources functions, and bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency, managing employee records, and overseeing permit and license processes with relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the license application processes with relevant authorities.
  • Ad hoc Task assigned from time to time.

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee the permit application processes with relevant authorities.

Bookkeeping:

· Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

· Prepare and process payroll and related documentation.

· Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration, HR, and bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., SQL).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with permit and license management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
