Key Responsibilities
- Assisting lawyers with end-to-end management of files, maintaining and organizing updated filing system;
- Assist with managing and attending to correspondence and scheduling meetings;
- Arranging for delivery and collection of documents and correspondence;
- Preparing payment vouchers and claims;
- Updating status reports;
- Liaising with clients, relevant authorities and third parties;
- Performing clerical and administrative duties;
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicants should possess, at minimum, an SPM qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as secretary in a legal firm setting.
- Prior experience in litigation and/or conveyancing work would be an advantage.
- Computer literate with familiarity with Microsoft 365 software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to learn, take on new tasks, be a good team player, and have a positive working attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attentiveness to details.
- Required languages: proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Applicants must provide at least 2 references.
- Applicants must not be bankrupt or have been convicted of any offence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
