- Billing and Payments: Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment processing, insurance verification, and explain hospital charges in a clear and patient-friendly manner.
- Support during Admissions and Discharges: Assist patients during their admission and discharge process, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and providing a smooth transition in and out of care.
- Feedback Collection: Gather patient feedback on their experience and report any trends or issues to the management team for continuous improvement.
