Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the SalesForce guru, providing training and support to the sales team to improve CRM usage and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain SalesForce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and system optimization.
- Develop and implement best practices, training materials, and workflow automation within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead tracking, customer management, and sales reporting.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues, liaise with technical teams, and recommend system improvements.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to support sales performance tracking and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in SalesForce CRM (certification is a plus).
- Prior experience in CRM administration, sales support, or system training.
- Ability to develop and deliver CRM training programs for teams.
- Knowledge of sales processes, reporting, and data management in a logistics or B2B sales environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
