Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the university’s programs, increasing student enrollment, and enhancing brand visibility through various marketing and sales strategies. The role involves lead generation, digital marketing, event coordination, and collaboration with the admissions and academic teams to achieve student recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Student Recruitment
- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face consultations.
- Conduct student enrollment sessions, including open days and campus tours.
- Achieve student intake and conversion targets.
2. Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote IUC’s programs and services.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring engaging and up-to-date content.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and digital ads.
- Work with media partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with potential students online.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to improve strategies.
4. Events & Outreach
- Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, and industry networking events.
- Collaborate with schools and organizations to promote IUC’s academic programs.
- Coordinate workshops and webinars to engage prospective students.
5. Market Research & Strategy Development
- Conduct market research to understand student preferences and industry trends.
- Identify new opportunities for student recruitment and partnerships.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in social media marketing and digital advertising is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for events and outreach activities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
