Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and other stakeholders.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Identify and pursue potential customers and lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Prepare and present business proposals to customers.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor project teams to ensure projects are executed.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Payment collection from the customer.
- Gather client feedback and insights, providing valuable input for product/service improvements.
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities and devising effective business development strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Ability to adapt to changing market demands and client needs.
- Strong networking skills, able to connect with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
