  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the pet food or FMCG industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel as required for meetings or events

Responsibility

  • Develop new business markets and opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Support and maintain good customer relationships by addressing product-related inquiries, taking orders, and understanding customer needs
  • Execute the company’s monthly promotions and events
  • Conduct market research and analyze product-related market trends
  • Understand and communicate the technical specifications of products
  • Liaise with relevant departments to determine product pricing and availability
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and other related duties as needed
