Assist the company secretary in preparing and filing statutory documents, such as annual returns, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.
Maintain and update company records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
Coordinate and schedule board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and other corporate events.
Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for meetings, ensuring timely distribution to relevant parties.
Ensure compliance with company laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Liaise with external regulators and advisors, such as auditors and legal advisors.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory authorities.
Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders, including shareholders and directors.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the company secretary and the wider team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
