  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding car detailing services.
  • Provide information about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Schedule appointments and manage service bookings efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of car detailing processes and services.
  • Experience with scheduling software or systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
