Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or logistics industry.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of car detailing processes and services.
- Experience with scheduling software or systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
