- Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process and perform test runs with the Electrical Supervisor and contractor.
- Coordinate site readiness with decision-makers, plan manpower, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Manage on-site equipment storage and handling as per company guidelines.
- Oversee project handovers to clients, ensuring all installations meet company standards and introducing preventive maintenance services.
- Submit detailed reports, including site photos and progress updates, and complete all required project documentation.
- Process and follow up on parts claims to ensure timely arrival and installation while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure continuous operation as per company specifications.
- Document all service activities, including repair reports, maintenance logs, and equipment performance data.
- Provide technical support to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance, reporting recurring issues or potential improvements.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control, equipment installation, or a similar technical role.
- Ability to write basic reports in English.
- Willing to travel extensively, including rural areas.
- Able to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., farms, construction sites).
- Physically fit to handle equipment and tools.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
