Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and responsibilities of the vacant positions.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications based on the input from hiring managers.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates through networking and other sourcing methods.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, both in person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness and candidate satisfaction.
  • Participate in recruitment marketing programs, career talks, and job fairs if necessary。
  • Build and nurture collaborative partnerships with Bakery Colleges to attract and hire diverse academy talents.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the direct superior and management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, whether in-house or from a recruitment agency.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., face-to-face, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with employees, stakeholders, and candidates, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
