Job Purpose

  • Manage the Director's time and workload by handling administrative tasks like scheduling, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel, allowing the Director to focus on higher-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Director's Office.
  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Handle the Director's monthly accounts.
  • Assist with Mandarin language translation.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in accounts will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
