  • Work closely with property management and legal teams to ensure lease agreements comply with regulatory and company policies.
  • Monitor rental collections, outstanding payments, and lease expirations, implementing corrective measures to minimize financial risks.
  • Prepare and analyze leasing reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives and tenant outreach programs to enhance leasing performance.
  • Conduct site visits, property inspections, and ensure tenant improvements are carried out efficiently.
