MARKETING
- Work with the Marketing Manager on determining annual recruitment plans for the assigned market by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Plan and implement regular marketing activities to bring in new enrolments.
- Plan and prepare marketing or social media and other activity budget.
- Arrange and organize local exhibitions, road shows, open days, joint-promotions, school events.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Manager on activity plans for the year on variety of events as part of the recruitment programme for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Prepare recruitment and promotional materials and artworks such as buntings, flyers, banners, and signboards.
- Manage email queries & hotline queries within 24 hours.
- Monitoring marketing budget, ensure sales data and report is correctly updated in a timely manner.
- SOCIAL MEDIA/ DIGITAL MARKETING
- Arrange and organize physical & online seminars, previews, direct mail campaigns, SMS/Email/WhatsApp Blast.
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager on activity plans for printing and social media advertisement.
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts (including website) and maintains the social media presence.
- Updating posts and managing queries from social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram within 24 hours.
- Updating all marketing collaterals if/when needed.
- Monitoring social media / marketing budget

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Communication/Design
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office package such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Fair communication in English (both written and verbal)
