Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily HR operations of the department.
  • Oversee full spectrum of foreign workers related matters.
  • Liaising and partnering with respective stakeholders as the HR subject matter expert.
  • Dealing with agencies and local authorities to submit the required documentation ie KDN, Immigration, JTK, embassy etc.
  • Responsible for onboarding procedures, include on arrangements to pick up foreign workers from airport upon arrival, conducting briefing, medical checkup and setting bank accounts, etc.
  • Handling of foreign workers basic need such as accommodation, amenities, transportation with agencies and internally.
  • To undertake ad hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel, Words & Powerpoint
  • Good in communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision in a challenging work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
