  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

As a Sales Executive is focuses on generating leads and appointments for property Investment & sales agents team. They will communicate with potential buyers and sellers to promote properties and expand the customer base.

· Explaining the Property manage and renovation package to the owners.

· Address customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

· Calling potential customers to promote and sell property management services.

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

· Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers from provided contact lists or leads.

· Qualify leads by gathering essential information about their property needs and preferences.

· Provide information about available properties and real estate processes.

· Follow up with leads via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

· Stay updated on local real estate market conditions and trends.

· Participate in sales training to enhance techniques and product knowledge.

· Achieved set targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

· Good communication skills with written and verbal proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
