Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing and be adept at handling both inbound and outbound calls, promoting banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle inbound customer inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Customer Engagement: Provide detailed information on banking products, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads, ensuring accurate capture of customer information in the CRM system.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets to support overall sales goals.
- Feedback: Report customer trends and feedback to management to help improve service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize telemarketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of telemarketing experience, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound call processes effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Familiarity with CRM or telemarketing software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
