  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Accountabilities:
Operation of all control room equipment including CCTV servers, Intercom server and Back-up server.
Reporting, recording and analysing of all incidents involving customer or staff via CCTV and intercom especially investigating manual gate operation and season validations.
Assisting car park operations for all sites during redundancy period.
Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g. lost or faulty parking ticket).
Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV.
To assist in verification of validated tickets and other on-site operational duties.
To monitor staff behaviour and performance via CCTV.
To assists Operations Team with their duties in managing all car park sites.
To assists in managing all computer devices including email, web and printer server.
To assist in daily logistics operations.
To assist in computer trouble-shooting on site/branch.
To assist in managing all IT resources optimally within the entire centre such as laptops, projectors, printers, etc.
To handle all networking related products such as networking security (firewalls), network health and network management.
To handle project implementation for WAN and LAN.

Requirements : -
With minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or any related field preferred
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently, fast-leaner, persistent and result oriented
Good team player with strong communication, listening and organisational skills
Work location in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
